Shipping & Returns


GCS uses a variety of delivery methods; including local couriers, parcel freight and airbags, that incur a cost and will be added to your order. Freight costs will be calculated upon receiving your order and communicated to you prior to confirming your order.


GCS will deliver products to the address specified by the buyer, provided that address is within Australia. Any delivery dates quoted by GCS are estimates only and GCS will not be liable for any delay in or non delivery of the product. 


GCS requests that you inspect products as soon as reasonaby possible after delivery. The buyer must notify GCS within two working days (48 hours) of delivery of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with description or sample.  The buyer must allow GCS an opportunity to inspect the product within a reasonable time after delivery and before the buyer makes any use of the product.  If the buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the product will be deemed to be free from any defect or damage and the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the product.



Returns and Exchanges

GCS will consider requests to exhange or return products that have been supplied, but does not guarantee that it will accept such requests where the products supplied have been in accordance with the contract terms and condidtions.  GCS will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy.

Return of goods will not be accepted unless prior approval in writing has been given by GCS. If GCS agrees to accept return of goods, GCS reserves the right to charge a $15.00 service fee or 10% of the gross invoice value, whichever is greater, payable by the buyer.

Unfortunately GCS cannot offer a refund or exchange on any custom made, non-stock items or imported goods ordered specifically for the buyer.




If you believe a product to be faulty you must notify GCS immediately. Upon reviewing the product it may be necessary for GCS to send the product to the manufacturer for assessment and decision regarding repair, exchange or refund.

Where a product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, GCS cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
